Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 17, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ChronoBlocks (the "App"), you agree to these Terms.

2. License Grant

ShadowPing LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment on supported devices.

3. Account & Authentication

The App may use Apple Game Center for login, achievements, leaderboards, and multiplayer. You are responsible for your Game Center account security.

4. In-App Purchases

Optional in-app purchases (themes, ChronoPacks, or other content) are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Gameplay Data

Scores and achievements may be stored locally and synced with Game Center. Data may be lost if you uninstall or change devices without sync.

6. User Conduct

No cheating, hacking, harassment, or interference with other users' gameplay.

7. Intellectual Property

ChronoBlocks, its software, artwork, logo, and branding are property of ShadowPing LLC. All rights reserved.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App by uninstalling it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShadowPing LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
