This Privacy Policy explains how ShadowPing LLC (an Ohio company) collects, uses, and protects information when you use ChronoBlocks and our website shadowping.net.

1. Information We Collect

• Account & Authentication: Apple Game Center ID, display name, and authentication tokens (for multiplayer, leaderboards, achievements).
• Gameplay Data: Scores, statistics, match history, and achievements (locally and/or via Apple Game Center).
• Device Data: Device model, OS version, app version, and crash data for debugging/performance.
• Optional Data: Any info you provide in feedback/support.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide core functionality (single-player, co-op, leaderboards, achievements).
• Sync offline gameplay when online.
• Improve gameplay and troubleshoot issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

• Apple Game Center for authentication, leaderboards, achievements, and matchmaking.
• Service Providers for analytics/crash reporting (if enabled).
• Legal compliance when required by law or valid request.

4. Data Storage & Security

Gameplay data is stored on your device and in Apple Game Center. Offline data is kept locally until synced. We use reasonable safeguards but no system is 100% secure.

ChronoBlocks follows Apple Game Center's age requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your area). If we learn we have such data, we will delete it.

7. Third-Party Services

Apple Game Center and App Store/TestFlight are subject to Apple's policies.
